ok I am a very coddled one too. How long should one be on the protocols recommended ie dewormed kidney cleanse liver cleanse before one starts the sitz baths.
This part really scares me coz if I really get going i shiver uncontrollably for hours. But hey everything else works. I read one has to detox a bit before starting this.
