Recently we came across an enema called vacuant.. you can get these from your pharmacist without a prescription.. We have been using them on children who just won't go! Which happens more than you think.. Anyway they have a very natural feel to them and are extremely small.. We have also been prescribing them at the nursing home that I call on.. Check them out I am sure they have a website..
