symptoms starting oleander

My husband has advanced metastatic prostate cancer. He has been doing coffee enemas once a day for over a year and has had various Western medicine treatments. Three days ago he stopped taking Cantron in order to start Oleander pills from Rose OPC herbal cancer cure because cancertutor.com lists Oleander as a state 4 treatment and he needs a stage 4 treatment. He is not up to one pill in the morning and one at night of the oleander, plus he is taking NAC and Membrane Complex. Tomorrow he will repeat the 2 Oleander in the morning and 2 at night and proceed from there as we were instructed, building the up to 8 pill a day, lingering at any level until any diarrhea that develops stops. He has not had diarrhea so far but has had extreme exhaustion beyond the exhaustion he already had before starting this protocol. Is this a normal response to starting the oleander protocol and if so, how long might the exhaustion last and what does it mean is happening? Are there any other signs/symptoms we should be prepared for? How long might it be before we see an improvement in his condition/in the way he feels and until the exhaustion alleviates? Or should we look for another cause for the fatigue like maybe a bladder infection? [He does NOT seem to have any of the usual signs of a bladder infection.]
