Just be patient but not too patient. I did the NB program and went through thousands of dollars and millions of bottles of supplements and i did not get any better. I quit and went back to searching for other alternative doctors who could help. I spent thousands and months and months with nothing to show for it. Even if those things are right on the hair tests it's not the whole picture and months of supplements won't always correct those issues.
