Hello, for the past 3 months I have been battling anxiety, stress, and depression. It got so bad my brain shut down and I had dp/dr. Every day from July until about a week ago was a blur. It was awful.
I started looking into supplements one day as I was fed up feeling so bad.
I started this regime and felt better after 3 days of use

500 mg vitamin c

1000 mg Vitamin C
Multi Mineral

I have little to no libido and I have been this way this whole time I have been depressed. I was wondering if I were to supplement Horny Goat Weed with Maca into my regime, would it be safe?
