Persistent white tongue for the last three months, tested negative for HIV

Hello everyone

I used to be a healthy guy but for the last three months I had some weird tongue issues. The persistent symptoms are:

white tongue
hyper salivation
irritated taste buds in the tip of the tongue
teeth marks in the tongue's border

before you ask, I am not diabetic and I have not had any long dose of Antibiotics to think the candida overgrowth has been caused by that. however, i have been extremely stressed for the last months, have ate tons of chocolates, use lots of mouthwashes and had 5 pills of an Antibiotic a week before the oral swab test revealed candida.

searching on the Web, candida overgrown is linked to HIV, which is what scares me. I had a sexua| encounter of "low risk" (received a fellatio for a few minutes, then had protected intercourse) 4 months prior to onset of symptoms. I have had three HIV Elisa (4th generation) at 5 weeks, 9 weeks and more than 4 months post this incident, among other tests (syphilis, gonhorrea, chlamydia - all negative). I have repeated the (HIV) test last week (more than 7 months) to be extra sure. Waiting for the results.

At 4 months post incident an oral swab on my tongue revealed moderated to severe Candida Albicans. I have had an oral swab also last week (more than 7 months post incident) which came back positive for three species of bacteria. no candida test was done on my tongue, but instead the doctor tested candida on my stool (waiting for results).

can you please tell me what's wrong with me? have you had two or more of the symptoms I list here? does anyone here had/has this problem without taking too much Antibiotics (which seems the most common cause)?
