I know of the 80-10-10 diet, but I'd find it nearly impossible to stick to that kind of diet.

Also, with my adrenal and thyroid problems, I believe protein is very important.

I meant the really said the Depression and all the other effects would be temporary if I got them at all (when I had to sign the contract)
