Sorry I know this is an old post but can you clarify the Bentonite clay difference? I've been taking "Sodium Bentonite Powder" by Now Foods. Although I'm usually SUPER PICKY about supplements and vitamins... I thought clay was all the same. You said the wrong clay can kill a person?

Also while I'm asking is there any psyhillium husk that is preferred? I assume charcoal is all the same, right?

Any info would be good... looks like you have a lot of good info.
