Healthy fats (like coconut and fish) are essential for proper healing and absorption of fat-soluble vitamins. If you have trouble digesting fats because of your liver you should get a digestive enzyme supplement with lipase in it. (I'm not obviously not anthony but I wanted to respond to that question)
