Am I selling something? Take the advice or leave it as you wish. But here is your answer: juice, avocados, string cheese, salads, nuts. I juiced a beet or 2 carrots or an apple, yes, but I ate nothing else with sugar. Bananas and bell peppers and carrots were all to sweet to eat by themselves.
