Your diet is too high in fat and protein and you are just bombarding your body with even more fat with all those OIL flushes.

Non-processed carbs and natural sugars are your friend, not high fats or proteins.

Check out the following low-fat diets:

80-10-10 (80% carbs - 10% protein - 10% fat)
