It dispels your argument. My gallbladder was removed because of high crystalline content in my bile irritating the bile ducts, i.e. sluggish bile, or "sludge" as it is known in the medical community. It's a real and recognized medical condition.

The liver produces up to a liter of bile per day. How's that possible? It must be swollen from being so filled up with bile, right?

The liver is the largest organ in the human body.
