Sounds like your immune system dipped down, most likely due to the detox. Sinus/ear/throat problems are a pretty solid sign of an overwhelmed immune system.

You should definitely start oil swishing once or twice a day with a tablespoon of organic cold pressed sesame oil, 20 mins, to wipe out excessive bacteria in your mouth, throat and sinuses.

Aside from that, I would start taking cayenne and apple cider vinegar (separately) a few times a day. Both are good for the sinus region as well.
