Re: I think there are many, many more EC sufferes than we believe

I stand by my recent estimates for this site:

~20 weekly posters
~200-250 regular viewers
~1000s of sufferers over the past 7 years

As for the world at large, I think we may number less than 100,000. And for those without an allergic reaction, vitamin deficiencies, auto-immune disease, or infection, maybe less than 10,000. My old oral pathologist said he thought it was in the thousands.

All this means the medical world couldn't care less about us finding a cure -- there's no money in it. We are merely a curiosity. Which is all the more reason to actively collaborate in finding solutions and share what wisdom the few interested doctors out there have for us.
