Both Lugols and Borax are taken of the market in my country. (exept aquarium shops have lugols)
- If you ask nicely at the pharmacy they might find it, but they look suspiciously at you, ask you what you are going to use it for. Not kidding.


So, my suggestion for Iodine; Use the one you can get hold of. Listen to this group, and test the different ways to do it. Until you get the result you want. Then keep it up.
This is not the "truth in iodine" forum. We are a group of people sharing our different experiences with Iodine , yes I know it is confusing, especially in the beginning. But thats how it is.

I have heard great things about Trappers SSKI `s, magnacent and nacent iodine. But I cant purchase them easily.
- I have tried the detoxified iodine, it didnt work for me.

Lugols work for me, luckily I get it from UK, in half liter bottles. Always checked at the customs, but I still get it in here; for how long I dont know.

Vit D; sunshine preferred, tanning beds in the winter, or a trip to Asia :).

Boron; are not sold in pill form over here; except for some calcium / vit D / bone formulas; so, never was an option.
- borax is me, enough said.

Silver; yes, since Trapper kept talking about it, I re introduced it in my supplement kitchen. I have some CS in the ice cube machine, the carbonised water that I make myself, water bottles etc. When my kids have a sore throat I give them enough of it; like 100-200 ml. In addition to Iodine etc of course.

About flu and other shots; I dont participate in Russian roulette.
