cebv and chronic soar throat

hi ive had a sore throat and ear pain for 15 years then reflux then constipation now sigmoid pain and cant have a bm on my own, but worse my saliva gland is infected and it makes my throat go bad i had a stone removed from it but now im to sick and scared of infection to get the whole thing removed my ent's are no help and wont run tests! i recently found i have ebv, im on gaps diet with yogurt and olive extract and candida supplements, my Acne was looking better but something has made my throat go bad, the worst. i can see tiny translucent bumps and cant find any info, the saliva gland must have staph. isnt all Acne cysts staph also? are there any viruses i should be checked for or any blood work done before i get surgery again? i got my tonsils out also thanks everyone
