There has never been a forum for oleander for cats (or dogs ether). Though canine trial using injected oleander were reported to be successful, oral administraton for cats and dogs is just not feasible. The digestive systems are much different than humans and cannot handle it - especially so for cats. Once upon a time there was a split off group from our main Yahoo group called oleander for peta and animals because a few people got testy with posts having to do with animals, but that was later changed to The Best Years in Life Pets and Animals group - as oleander was simply not applicable except for topical appllicatons and possibly for rectal.
At one time we had high hopes for oleander for dogs, cats and other animals (due to the canine trials and due to how successful it has been with humans). But we had to give up on that idea. Now, we do have quite the protocol article for cancer for dogs and other animals which contains other powerful cancer fighters and immune boosters, diet recommendations and more. Inositol/IP6 has been particularly effective in getting rid of animal tumors (often in combination with colloidal silver), though it is not considered to address the root cause of the cancer (toxins, etc). Some of the same herbs and mushrooms that work for people also work for some animals and it appears that Pets Alive (a division of Native Remedies) has some specific supplemental items well worth considering.
We put together quite a bit of information and suggestions - If you are interested in finding out more:
