The majority of what you're saying is good but be careful suggesting enemas to people who might be too sensitive for them right now.
Also, Betaine HCL for a person with regular stomach acid levels is not a good idea. First test for low stomach acid, then supplement.
Otherwise it's good to see someone helping who actually knows what they're talking about! :)
