My first question to you is have you had your vitamin B12 levels checked? You may benefit from a few B12 shots.
In addition, you would also benefit from a good B complex I'd say. Smelly feet could well be a zinc deficiency. A Doctor's Data hair analysis may shed some light on your mineral levels. Make sure you don't submit hair that has been bleached, dyed or permed though.
Detoxification would be a good choice as well, especially with Body Odor . You almost certainly have GI issues, and a three week cleanse would be of a significant help.
