i love nate cuz he gets the f***ing idea and even went out and learned on his own. rebuild your health through diet and nutrition and exercise. it's not complicated yet people struggle to accept it czu they're lazy bastards and unwilling to change or they just want to do it their own way which is flawed then claim it doesn't work. write down a list of reasons from your heart why you MUST improve your health then start doing it otherwise nothing will change. failure is truly NOT AN OPTION FOR YOU or your life will continue to be shit from this condition. look at that paper which motivates you to change everyday 10x per day and make it your #1 priority to get healthy and BECOME THE STRONGEST VERSION OF YOURSELF. eat healthy, only socialize with healthy, friendly, successful people, be positive as much as possible, don't dwell on negative BS, work harder than everyone you know, get strong mentally and physically, start taking what you want from life etc
Sadly most of you are too weak, and undisciplined to improve - you don't have the balls to even try something hard that changes your life even though it's being ruined by EC. if having your life ruined won't light a fire under your ass to change for the better then nothing will. you might as well curl up and die.
I've got to say this forum is a depressing circle-jerk where the exact same shit goes down week in week out. New user names, same topics, same BS. I suggest you all just follow the protocol and stay away from here.
Anyway, that's all from me. I'm ranting again.. every time I come to this forum I end up getting pissed off and just want to yell and go CT Fletcher on your asses until you become motivated. Lol :D
