I tried Humaworm but found it to be a very weak product. The problem is they put so many other herbs in it for bowel cleansing and liver support that the actual amount of killing herbs is very low.

I would suggest a basic 30 day cleanse. Maybe something like the Kroeger Wormwood Combo. You could also buy the herbs seperately and try the Hulda Clark dosing schedule here. //www.curezone.org/clark/parasites.asp

sells everything individually for this cleanse. Look around maybe others have it also. Just be sure to at least get these dosages. Make sure you buy enough of either to do a full 30 days. Anything else is just not long enough.

By doing a cleanse you will see if any parasites are present. If you find parasites than you will have to stay with it for a long time. Be investigative with your stool as most critters sink to the bottom or are hiding in the stool. You will soon discover what belongs and what doesn't.

Later on I just started making my own paracides as this is much cheaper.

Generations past did regular deworming but we have lost this practise. So a regular parasite cleanse is not a bad idea.
