On Magnesium(own) 400-600 mg at bed time. Para pack(Tei) 1 daily , Sym pack (tei) 1 before bed. Potassium (own) 1-2 daily @ 99 mg., Mini Plex B(tei) 2 daily, 1 Adrenal Glandular (endo-met left over). Plus once in a while I will take a left over Endo-met GB3. I am on a low dose do to the Addison's Disease diagnose. If I continue to do good at next hair analysis I may go up a dose daily.

I am in the 4 lows as of my last hair test.

What are you taking?
