Many times a bowel movement comes during the sitz bath, it would only be natural and thats why I suggest the toilet sitz adaptor.

If I had your problem I would be taking 1-2 LBB capsules every hour 8 hours per day for up to 9 months and read the colon book as quickly as you can get one.
