I agree. The scientists interpretation of things/events/results is their interpretation depending on their understanding and their perception of the world. It is not necessarily the truth.

Also consider that many organims/entities evolve depending on their environment so even if we manage to understand the components and the functionning of an organism/entity, it may change over time and not impact the same things and be affected by the same things than in the past.
