Re: Yeast or fungal candida? (pic included)

Cool! I did my 4th Liver Flush last night and I saw whole lot of the same thing for the first time. The only thing I did different is that around 2-3 weeks ago I started to take sole every morning and I did 3 castor oil pack last week. I have to admit my diet has already been better than how I'm eating now so I'm happy that I can still get some candida out. I will try to eat better still.
