I've just recently found out I have pyroluria, my doctor has given me "Primer formula with manganese" which contains..
Zinc (picolinate) 50mg
Magnesium (citrate) 50mg
Vitamin E50IU
P-5-P 20mg
B6-Pyridoxine HCL 50mg
Vitamin C 100mg
Manganese (pincolinate) 5mg
I'm feeling worse after taking this, only been on them for about a week is this normal?
