Thank you! This gives me a good basis to start from. One thing I need to work on is my other half... trying to keep her informed and educated, with regards to what I am learning daily about Iodine, supplementing and keeping positive. At the moment things are very difficult. Time is at a minimal when we have a 2 month old, a 4 yr old and a 6 yr old to look after. Even having just 5 mins of positive time with each other is almost impossible. :(
