Hello I'm hoping someone can help me work this out, I have started taking Iodine drops, now its in ul an ug and I have no idea how much I'm getting, but I suspect its too low.
This is what it says on the bottle each 113ul dose (3 drops)
contains potassium Iodide 376ug equiv to Iodine 288ug,equiv to potassiu 89ug. The brand is bioceuticals.
Any help would be much appreciated.
