What exactly is going on here? What could I have?

For a while I was confident after reading on here that I had threadworms but now I'm not sure at all.

For now my intestinal issues are ok but because of a situation where the parasites couldn't be released through my bowels they migrated to other areas (despite my cleansing).

I now have worms in my face and possibly in my legs. I've had debris and bugs/organisms in my urine.

I thought maybe through all my exhaustive efforts I was making progress.

Until today. I got out of the shower and as I rubbed OCO on my legs little balls of cotton kept getting on my hands. The more I massaged the oil in the more there was. The same pattern continued on my upper thighs, my private parts, and when I got to my arms I put Tea Tree Oil in the mix to no avail.

I have recently had some white, usually double stranded, hairs on my face and in my nose.

I'm like a cotton factory.

I had to stop cleansing as I go in for surgery Wednesday.

My Dr is supportive with regards to my quest to be parasite free and believes me but she knows nothing about this.

I'm terrified you are going to suggest Morgellons. Because there is no help for that is there.....

I was doing ok but just started scrubbing with Borax and it feels great.

Any help would be appreciated because I am about to lose my mind with all this.

Since I can't cleanse in the hospital can I take 100% essential oils while taking Antibiotics and pain meds? I don't think there isn't much Oil of Oragano and Tea Tree Oil can't fix.
