This proves the current "terror" warning is a propaganda operation, because earlier in the article the American "intelligence" sources claimed the threat lasted the entire month of August. So this claim that they are focused on Ramadan is just more Muslim bashing. In any event as I noted below, the DHS' own website says there is no terror threat at this time. So whoever issued this warning is not inside the normal terror threat channels.
