I have seen other posts that suggest staying away from R-lipoic and Cutler himself appears to do so. I'm with you on the charcoal but feel like I should take extra caution taking lipoic acid at the moment. What about just taking some Bentonite until things calm down a bit and I figure out my next step? Thanks
