Hi, I am a 41 year old female with 2 children. I consider myself a healthy person, eating well, supplementing and exercising and of slim build. I have been constantly lightheaded from 1 july 2013. I moved house in January 2013 (very stressful) and installed an infrared sauna which I had been using daily until the light-headedness started, when I stopped. I also had a few sessions of chelation. I had muscle and joint pains for about 2 weeks before the light-headedness started which have eased and are only occasional now. But its the light-headedness that is unbearable. The light-headedness started the day i used an oxygen hyperbaric chamber (i had never used one before but thought I'd try it for my muscle pains)I don't know but have been told this is coincidence . I have been to see a neurologist who says it's not something he would be concerned with and let it pass! When I lie down the light-headedness eases and is barely noticeable for about ten minutes after wakening up. I have dry eyes this past week. I sleep during the day about 2 days a week for about an hour which I never did before, and am more tired. I am a stressful person by nature not feeling refreshed upon wakening these past 10 years, resulting in daily tiredness. I recently had the adrenal stress 24 hour saliva test done with placed me at stage 3 adrenal fatigue/exhaustion. I am taking adrenavive II and dhea along with vitamin c, B vitamins and good multivitamins. Candida has also been suggested and i am on fluconazole and nystatin this past month, following a strict anti candida diet with no carbs. Can anyone tell me what specialist i should be seeing or what i should do? I'm travelling Ireland (where i live) seeking a solution but can't find one.
