Hi Jhan. I remember your posts well. My situation is similar to yours, with one difference: I had a pretty severe relapse caused by drinking a large coffee on an empty stomach every morning for months. Before that I was basically back to normal, so I thought I could drink coffee again without a problem.

It's crazy, but sweets don't mess me up nearly as much as coffee does. I beat candida the first time even while eating the occasional cookies or ice cream. For some bizarre reason coffee has a terrible effect on my gut flora--wipes it out like drinking drain cleaner. I guess everyone is different in that sense.
