Question about Kombucha and water kefir

Hello,

I am trying to find out if Kombucha is not good to consume if you have candida? What about water kefir? I am concerned about the scoby used in kombucha is a fungus and if kombucha should be avoided.

Thoughts on water kefir?

I was making it and drinking it. I know it had a lot of probiotics because my bowels were working better.

Any thoughts? Thanks!
