let me tell you my symptoms

I have a small red bump between my first and second knucle on my right hand, that appeared yesterday and today I have 3 red bumps the same on the finger next to it, this is on the back of my hand...

those fingers are not partucularly itchy, should they be? I have itching on my upper back and occasionally at my waist
