Fish Prazi safe?

I'm still doing my research but thought I would post to ask if anyone is taking the praziquantel for Koi fish? Because it's pure prazi, however the warning says do not feed to fish that will be consumed by humans..I am REALLY desperate here I don't have health ins. to see a doc and I don't even have a job but I still believe I deserve at least to get rid of these parasite infections but I need a cheap effective way. But also want to do something fairly safe thanks
