Stick with it mate, things should get much much worse for a few months even before they improve. I don't believe there is any other way around this. The body is full of toxins and old rotting waste and you need to get it out. if the toxins release too quick they may overwhelm the body and you could receive a nasty detox reaction. My initial detox reaction was horrendous. Almost to the point i thought i was going to hospital.
