I have been taking 100mg of Lugol's Iodine for one month with all the co-supplements and it definitely removed some toxic halides but I think I will move onto Mineral Rich Natural Iodine Syrup/PICA Minerals by Barefoot...this is my second day on natural Iodine and I get all the benefits without the side effects and lots of energy....I take 2 to 3 tablespoons...can purchase a gallon...e-mail barefoot...the only health problem I have is parasites and tiredness from stress from annoying people...
