What Your Doctor Didn’t Tell You

I'm open to the idea that I have incorrectly diagnosed myself with parasites, since I have no scientific proof.

Possibly you or anyone else here could suggest what those 2 long things were. They were grayish white, maybe 3/16" wide, seemed to have a dark strip running through them.
