Hello. I'm going to add a question instead of creating another thread. I have some issues with hanging skin from back when I was a teenager overcoming childhood obesity. I'm currently on the fifth day of my Water Fast and I'd like to incorporate 1 minute of arm circles with a liter of water in each hand. (Sounds so lazy but it's exhausting after 20 reps each arm and in both directions. If that's all I do will I reap the toning without spending to much muscle energy?
