I think you are right about the connection between the cysts and yogurt. A friend of mine started a new diet and recommended to me to start taking probiotic supplements to speed up my metabolism. I started taking them a few weeks ago and now I have my first bartholins cyst! I would have never made the connection unless I saw your message. I'm going out today to get silica supplements to see if they help.
