True! but you have to realize that we all have different body chemstry. and some of us do or don't have certain emzyme and other imptortant things that help us digest food. that is why we have to watch what we eat and how much we eat. Do you ever experiance any sysmptoms? (sorry for the bad spelling! i'm in a rush)
