Hey what's up I feel your pain im in the same situation but iv been using fiber without Sugar is better but you need to wait at least 20 minutes before eating anything very important if not the fiber will no longer work text me back if u can. 3 big spoon of fiber for 1 glass of water buy fiber at London drugs or Wal-Mart or any cheap place.
