Re: 5% or 7% lugols?

I just want the 5%-10% lugols.
I honestly don't know why I'm having such a hard time understanding the dosages..
Just wondering if most of you had adrenal issues and also worked on them?
If you did was it before working on your thyroid or at the same time?
I have been on an adrenal supplement from Dr Delgado protocol for at least 6-8 months. I'm also on a thyroid activator from nature sunshine, dhea, vit c and some other supplements. I take a very good fulvic mineral.
I'm also taking nature sunshines environments detox.
I'm hoping the ACE and Lugols will help me..
I'm hoping I get my sex drive back and some energy and lose the 9 lbs I have gained which is all belly flab.
