Re: Mirena, the worst thing to ever happen to me!

You are the first person that I found who have lost weight -like me . I have lost 6 kg . I'm 33 y old , had mirena for 2,5 y , also tyroid problem - hasimoto , symptoms of diabetes , hair loss , terrible anxiety to the point I am seeing psychiatrist for behavioral therapy ( i refuse to take meds ) . What is really helping me is - yoga , acupuncture , vit C to bust progesterone production, fish oil , vit b12 , magnesium , potassium , vitex herbs to stabilize hormons and cycle . I am thinking to get progesterone cream also . I am almost two months post mirena and a lot of bad side effects are gone like foggy thinking or joints pain . But I still have memory lost , occasional Depression and the worst for me the anxiety and panic attacks . Do you take something for your thyroid ?
