Re: Highest blocking womens earplug for hyperacusis n tinnitus, worsened from plugs

Also, I really don't understand why the best earplugs block out low decibels under 33 db when someone can buy ones that block 33 db at a regular department store. Cars are like 70 decibels, n I need something that blocks any noise, including loud engines. Is 33 the highest they go? They have some that are all techy-looking n everything, n they only block 20 decibels. Not sure what to buy that just blocks any noise. Not looking for any that just filter some noise n keep conversation heard.
