well if you are not frequently urinating, that shows you adrenals are actually in good standing, so maybe making a natural electrolyte drink will really help you out.

Also if you are taking vitamins , you could be detoxing increasing your fluid requirements and thirst.

Yes a good quality Sea Salt , or pink himilayan salt, can't give you a brand as mine would all be UK ones, but have a nose around, not hard to find
