It's not unusual for some people to react to supplements, and I think a practitioner would be willing to work with you, anyway. The likely protocol would be to let you try one supplement at a time, even a fraction of one and see how you feel. My dr. has told me to tell any prospective NB'ers that he would be happy to speak with them to answer questions and concerns. Let me know if you want his contact info.
