You might be sensitive to the oregano oil if not diluted with a carrier oil like coconut. I have one, too and am using lysine topically, and HBalm from Forces of Nature. Also a homeopathic mouth spray for cold sores and herpes from Dr.King. Lay off chocolate and nuts.
