US Has The Patent On Ebola?

I was watching a video by DAHBOO77 and he is saying the US government owns the patent on the ebola virus.



I didn't even know google had their own patent search site. But it appears there are at least 4 patents on ebola? Look to the right where it says "Also published as CA2741523A1, 4 More »"

This one says "Owner name: THE GOVERNMENT OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA AS" at the bottom of the page.

I'm not so sure this proves the "government" own the patent, but it's a red flag for me to keep the eyes open.
